Viewing Mass Times

The Mass schedule page shows all upcoming Masses at your parish, including regular weekly Masses, holy days, and special celebrations. You can view the schedule without signing in.

Finding the Mass schedule

From your parish's home page, click Mass Schedule (or a similar link). You can also go directly to:

https://yourparish.sacramentum.app/public/mass-schedule

Replace yourparish with your parish's actual subdomain.

Calendar and list views

The Mass schedule offers two ways to view upcoming Masses:

Month view displays a calendar grid. Each day shows the number of Masses scheduled. Click a day to see details.

List view shows Masses in a scrollable list, sorted by date and time. This view works well on mobile devices.

To switch views, use the toggle or buttons near the top of the schedule page.

List view on mobile

On phones, list view is often easier to read than the calendar grid. Look for a view toggle if the calendar feels cramped.

What's shown for each Mass

For each scheduled Mass, you may see:

  • Date and time — when the Mass will be celebrated
  • Location — which church, chapel, or worship space
  • Celebrant — the priest assigned to celebrate (or "TBD" if not yet assigned)
  • Liturgical information — feast days, solemnities, or special designations
  • Public intentions — Mass intentions that requesters chose to make public

Filtering by location

If your parish has multiple worship spaces, use the location filter to focus on one:

  1. Look for a Location dropdown or filter near the top of the schedule.
  2. Select the location you want to view.
  3. The calendar updates to show only Masses at that location.

To see all locations again, select All Locations or clear the filter.

Understanding Mass intentions on the schedule

When viewing Mass details, you may see public intentions listed. These are intentions that parishioners requested and chose to display publicly.

  • Deceased intentions appear with a cross symbol (†) before the name
  • Living intentions (for healing, thanksgiving, etc.) appear without the symbol
  • Private intentions are not shown—the requester chose to keep them confidential
Not all parishes display intentions

Whether intentions appear on the public schedule depends on your parish's settings. Some parishes only show intentions in the printed bulletin.

Liturgical feasts and special Masses

The schedule may highlight liturgical celebrations:

  • Solemnities (Christmas, Easter, etc.) often appear with special formatting
  • Holy days of obligation may be marked or highlighted
  • Feast days for parish patrons or special devotions

Some parishes include a toggle to show or hide liturgical feast information.

Timezone

All times are displayed in your parish's local timezone. If you're viewing the schedule from a different timezone, remember that the times shown are local to the parish, not to your current location.

Times look wrong?

If Mass times seem incorrect, your parish's timezone setting may need adjustment. Contact the parish office, or see Troubleshooting: Times Look Wrong.
