The admin dashboard
The Admin Dashboard is your home base in Sacramentum. It opens by default when you sign in and gives you an at-a-glance summary of parish activity — available intention slots, today's Masses, and pending items that need your attention. From here, the sidebar provides access to every management area.
Dashboard widgets
The dashboard displays two summary widgets side by side on larger screens (stacked on mobile).
Available Intentions widget
This widget shows how your Mass intention capacity is being used:
- Available slots — the number of intention slots open across your scheduled Masses, displayed as a large number with a progress bar showing capacity usage.
- Next 30 days — how many slots are available in the coming month.
- Upcoming Masses — the count of Masses scheduled in the next 30 days.
- Utilization — the percentage of your yearly intention capacity that has been filled.
If any priests are currently on leave, an alert appears at the bottom of the widget showing how many are away.
The widget updates in real time via live connection. You can also click the refresh button to manually reload the data.
This widget is hidden if your parish has enabled the multiple-intentions-per-Mass setting, since slot counting does not apply in that configuration.
Parish Overview widget
This widget summarizes today's activity and your pending workload:
- Today's Masses — the number of Masses scheduled for today, displayed prominently.
- Tomorrow's Masses — how many are scheduled for tomorrow.
- This week — total Masses over the next seven days.
- Assigned intentions — intentions currently assigned to priests and awaiting scheduling or fulfillment.
- Pending intentions — intentions awaiting your review or approval.
A status indicator at the bottom confirms your parish systems are operational.
Sidebar navigation
The sidebar on the left provides access to every section of the admin console. It is organized into collapsible groups:
Direct tabs:
- Dashboard — returns to this overview page.
- Calendar — the parish-wide calendar of Masses, sacraments, and events.
People & Places:
- Locations, Users, Visiting Clergy, Requesters
Rooms & Events:
- Rooms, Groups, Facility Calendar
Masses & Intentions:
- Masses, Mass Intentions, Early Requests, Pending Approvals, Gregorian Masses, Memorial Offerings, Pending Memorials, Bulletin, Register
Sacraments & Rites:
- Weddings, Baptisms, Funerals, Quinceañeras
Visitation:
- Visitees, Facilities, Calendar, Availability, Route Planning
Finance (listed below the main groups):
- Accounts, Payouts, Visiting Clergy Assignments, Reports, Invoices, Receipts, Refunds
Utility items at the bottom of the sidebar:
- Documentation, Feedback, Priest Console (visible only if your account has the "Also a Priest" setting enabled), Settings, and a language selector (English/Spanish).
Notification badges appear on sidebar items that need attention — for example, the Masses & Intentions group shows a combined count of pending approvals, Gregorian requests, pending memorials, and early requests ready for review.
The sidebar remembers which tab you last visited. If you navigate away and return to the admin console, it opens to the same tab you were using before.
Accessing the Priest Console
If your account has the Also a Priest toggle enabled (see Managing users), a Priest Console link appears near the bottom of the sidebar. Click it to switch to the Priest Console without signing out and back in.
